How long will it take my order to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you have selected Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of processing for Sydney Metro areas and 5-8 business days from the date of processing for all other NSW regions. Interstate orders will depend on the location.
If you have selected Express Shipping, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of processing for Sydney Metro areas and 5-8 business days from the date of processing for all other NSW regions. Interstate orders will depend on the location.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped and can track your order progress on the Australia Post website.
If you have selected Pick-Up as your delivery option, please allow 3-5 business days for the item to be placed in the locker at the Club. You will receive a notification when the item is ready for collection.

This service is open to CURRENT MEMBERS ONLY.

I have placed a Pre-Order, how long will it take for my item to arrive?
If you have selected to purchase a Pre-Order item, you will receive an email notification when the item is ready to be shipped for ready for collection.
The estimated delivery window for each item will be displayed in the item description on the product page.

Can I return my item?
Returns will be accepted on full priced items that are unworn, unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
In order to process your return, please email merchandise@northbondisurfclub.com.au to obtain an RA number.
Return shipping is to be covered by the customer. No returns on swimwear or sale items.
